SMOTO develops and manufactures BLDC motors as inner-rotor or outer-rotor designs and matches the motor layout to the electrical, thermal and mechanical constraints of the application. Custom windings with up to 90% fill grade enable high copper fill, lower winding losses and high torque and power density. In UAV and VTOL applications, power-to-weight, efficiency and thermal margin are critical; in motorsport, peak output under load; in e-mobility, efficiency and torque across the speed range. Robotics, medical technology, automation and dual-use applications set different priorities: low cogging, smooth operation, EMC, positioning accuracy, continuous duty, temperature range and supply security.

Your motor can be adapted to your project: form factor, package space, mounting interface, flange and shaft end can be designed around your construction. Connections, sensor or encoder options as well as surface finish, color and optional branding can also be matched to the product environment. The result is a BLDC motor that fits technically and integrates cleanly into your system, device or platform.
