Feasibility & Sizing

Before you invest, you should know where you stand. We get into your project with you and turn your requirements into a concrete load profile: power, torque, efficiency, weight, installation space, quantities. From there we derive the right drive topology and validate it technically and commercially. Together we spot early what works and where the risks are, while changes still cost nothing.

System Architecture

Out of the sizing comes one coherent blueprint. We define how motor, power electronics, energy storage, controls and mechanics work together, set the interfaces and the cooling concept, and align everything before detailed development begins. That spares you the expensive surprises later, at the transitions between components.

BLDC Inverters

We develop our inverters in close coordination with the motor. Switching strategy, control and protection functions are set precisely to your drive. At up to 50 kHz PWM they reach around 5 % higher efficiency than comparable solutions. That cuts losses and waste heat and makes more of your energy usable.

Custom BLDC Motors

Every motor is built to order, wound and made for the torque, speed, cooling and installation space of your application. High power density and up to 90 % fill grade mean a lot of power at little weight. From the first draft it fits the inverter, battery and software.

Energy Storage

Li-Battery & Charging

We size the Li-ion storage to match your drive's power profile and tune the battery management (BMS), balancing and safety to it. The chargers we develop right alongside it, optimised exactly to the battery system for gentle, fast charging. For high continuous and peak currents we have built a 60 V / 500 A system that is unique in Europe.

Controls
Control unit, display and operating interface for electric drives

UI & Displays

How a drive is operated shapes the impression it leaves in daily use. We design displays, interface and control logic to be modern and self-explanatory, so operating states, diagnostics and warnings stay clear without a manual. We carry over established control and operating concepts just as readily as we develop new ones specifically for your project.

Firmware & Software

Embedded Firmware

The firmware is built entirely in-house, from the bare-metal driver up to the application. It connects control, inverter drive, BMS data and operation into one layer and is tested together with the hardware. That keeps the complete drive in one hand, without friction at external software interfaces.
